There is no charge to the customer. Reaction is compensated by the suppliers in their portfolio.
Who do I get a monthly bill from?
Your bill will come directly from mutually chosen supplier. Reaction does not send out bills.
Who will support my account?
You will be a direct client of the chosen supplier. Reaction is there as an additional resource to help support your account.
I have a direct relationship with some carriers, what happens to those relationships?
In many cases suppliers encourage collaboration between their direct selling teams and partners to provide customers with the best possible customer experience.
Do I need to sign an agreement with Reaction to utilize their service?
Reaction does not require our clients to sign contracts for our services. We try to make doing business with us as easy as possible, and we know that if your experience is positive that you will continue to work with us. We are happy to produce and sign mutual NDAs.
