Jeff Tarpley serves as President and Founder for Reaction Communications.
Jeff has a proven track record building a successful company, focusing on customer satisfaction. Prior to founding Reaction Communications in 2010 Jeff was the GM for XO Communications running the Bay Area team for more than 12 years. Jeff believes in providing the Reaction customer base with best in class customer service along with offering customers with innovative telecom solutions. Jeff holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Cal Poly State University in San Luis Obispo California.
